Download pre-release version of AllSim Click Physics

This is the pre-release (gammar) version of the AllSim Click Physics. Anyone who is interested is welcomed to have a look around. After testing it, please send us your opinion. We'd love to hear your opinion about the quality of the Click Physics, as well as any bugs you find.

Please be advised that the pre-release version of the AllSim Click Physics is currently a half localized in English. That is, the simulation modules and Htmlhelp are translated in English, but the subject and theory sections aren't. Therefore, you won't see anything on the subject and theory pages.

The pre-release version of the AllSim Click Physics is downloadable at here. This program will be expired at the end of July, 2007. Since the program obtains the current time from an Internet Time Servers whenever it is loaded, your PC MUST be connected to Internet.

AllSim Click Physics

The AllSim Click Physics is a contents-based, real-time Physics simulator suitable for junior high school and high school courses.

Unlike other Physics simulators, including physics simulation applets often found on websites, it is a genuinely effective means of learning and teaching Physics. The program is able to capture students' attention and imagination through its exceptional multimedia capabilities. As a result, students can see, hear, and feel Physics concepts in action with the AllSim Click Physics. They can instantly see the trajectory of a metal sphere in a gravitational field, hear the beats phenomenon while observing the graph of the sound wave, and feel the equipotential surface of electric field.

The AllSim Click Physics currently covers about 40 Physics subjects.  Each subject comes with two or three virtual experiments, thereby allowing students to enjoy more than 100 multimedia simulations. (It is expected to add 3 or 4 more simulation modules possibly very soon.)

Three Flavors of AllSim Click Physics

There are three different variations of the AllSim Click Physics to satisfy diverse market needs. All three employ the same contents and simulation modules except the size.

AllSim Virtual Physics Lab – 1024 x 768 based. It has a full-screen CD-title look.
AllSim Click Physics – one you may download here.

Physics Around You

The AllSim Click Physics goes beyond the scope of a traditional text-book. For example, it uses a TV set to explain and simulate the Three Primary Colors of Light. The method of relating abstract scientific concepts to more familiar objects empowers students to learn with greater focus and pleasure.

Not Just Watchable

The AllSim Click Physics is not just an array of pretty digital contents to play with. Students can actually participate in virtual experiments and obtain real results. Images taken with a digital camera or sound clips downloaded from the Internet can be read into the AllSim Click Physics and used towards experiment. A user can then copy the results of a simulation and paste it onto other applications, such as MS Word or Adobe Photoshop.

All You Need Is a Mouse

Although the AllSim Click Physics is powerful and equipped with a variety of useful functions, it is extremely user-friendly. All a user needs to operate the AllSim Click Physics is a computer to work with. Its interface is so intuitive that a user may not even have to open the manual to use it.

The simulation modules of the AllSim Click Physics come with many options, and they are just a click away. The options can be set through the context menu, or properties dialog box.

Every module has the properties dialog box of own.

Physics Clip Art Images Included

The AllSim Click Physics includes hundreds of Physics clip art images. Since clip art images are provided in EPS format, it may be edited. High quality pictures are provided in JPEG format with dimension of 1024 x 768 in pixel. (The decision whether it includes the images and clip arts in the AllSim Click Physics has not been made.)

Subject, Theory, and Help Windows

All subjects in the AllSim Click Physics come with easy-to-understand subject summary (subject button), underlying theory (theory button), and HTML help (press F1 for it). The theory section, full of illustrations and images, is expected to help students understand fundamental theories behind each subject, making the AllSim Click Physics even more comprehensive than an encyclopedia.

Subject and theory pages are currently available only in Korean. But, the English version is coming soon.
